The owners of Edward Roberts have recently launched their new premium property consultancy, so they needed a trusted agency to handle their design and digital marketing needs.

They asked VZN Studios to design a high-end website that would appeal to the more exclusive rental property owners around Hampshire and the New Forest.

We took inspiration from various top-tier providers, designing a clear, modern, yet traditional layout. This included a hero video of local locations.

Logo & Print Design

Logo & Brand Design

The owners of Edward Roberts wanted a new logo and colour palette that suited the premium market they were targeting.

We created multiple options, using an elegant typographic-led style and avoiding abstract icons. Greens and golds were used, along with a primary serif font.

Their final chosen logo design and branding successfully communicate a trustworthy, premium, and distinctly British feel.

Trifold Flyer Design

We also created an A4 trifold leaflet that relays the core business philosophy to potential new clients.

The brand guidelines established above were applied to the design, resulting in an understated, yet appealing layout.
